GINRA Foundation in collaboration with academic institutions/universities of national and international repute will organize national and international conferences/webinars/seminars/workshops so that foundations in large get exposed to Nursing education, practice and research, and other development activities being carried out across the world.

GINRA Foundation identifies and honors with providing the opportunity to become a resource person, chairperson, moderator, panelist, reviewer, juries in the organized programs of the foundation.

Glorious Learning Resource center

It is hard to imagine today’s educational process without the use of several teaching and learning resources. In a changing time, it is inevitable to make the learning process more simple, accessible, attractive, structured, recent, readily available, and interesting for students.

Learners, in general, have different learning styles, some of them are learning throughout the year, some are studying during examinations, and so on, finally the result matters. We have to respect the student’s choices and be supportive to achieve their ambitious goal of life.

Glorious Learning Resource center has a vast choice of Teaching-learning material including E-Books, PowerPoint presentations, Videos, Previous Question Papers from Various Universities.

Research Activity

GINRA Foundation wishes to work jointly with nursing students, Nurse Academicians, Nurse Researchers, Nursing officers, and other social activists to spread the flame of nursing knowledge beyond all boundaries. This will help in distributing knowledge and popularizing nursing research activity and support their career by undergoing the specialized courses as per their choice.

GINRAF Foundation liaison between the research aspirants and the research experts of the fraternity throughout the globe. Foundation also promotes and conducts research activities by collaborating with the interested institutes /universities.

Short Term Courses

Education plays a key role in shaping a healthy and knowledgeable society. GINRA foundation offers many short-term courses, certificates, diploma courses in untouched areas of Nursing. Members are bound to play a major role in helping the students at the grass-roots level to successfully complete their journey of knowledge acquisition and education.

GINRAF offers Short Term Courses through virtual mode in the Practical oriented and is essential for enhancing the knowledge of working professionals, who aspire for personal and professional growth. These courses are provided in a convenient mode and at their convenient time.

Research Grants / Fund

By keeping in the current scenario of the rare opportunity of research grants and funding to the nursing fraternity, the foundation provides grants funds for the excellent research project under the thrust areas of the foundation.

The thrust areas and the proposals will be notified at times.

Fellowships

GINRA foundation offers/awards fellowships to scholars who are at various levels in their profession. These fellowships are offers/awards to the members of the Foundation.

Various fellowships bands are:

Fellowship of GINRAF Senior Nursing Research (FGSNR): are awarded to eminent nursing professionals above the age of 60 years, who have a Master’s degree from a recognized university with a first-class and have vast professional experience, guided/evaluated several Master’s Thesis, conducted quality research work, publications and papers in professional journals.
Fellowship of GINRAF Post-Doctoral Nursing Research (FGPDNR): are awarded to eminent faculty who have completed their Ph.D. in Nursing from a recognized university, who have shown significant competence in research work at the time of their application.
Fellowship of GINRAF Doctoral Nursing Research (FGDNR): are open to doctoral students, preferably young researchers, who have a Master’s degree from a recognized university with a first-class and are registered for a doctoral degree in Nursing under any reputed university.
Fellowship of Glorious International Nursing Research and Academic Foundation (FGINRAF): are open to any working Nursing professional with a minimum degree qualification, who holds valid membership of GINRAF. They shall join and work on the scientific and technical committees of the foundation and obtain professional growth and development. On completion of the required assignments (Research, Publication, participation, and conduction of CNE/workshop/conferences and other technical and scientific) candidate shall be honored with the fellowship.

Eligibility for FGINRAF nomination:

Member of GINRAF.
Working as a faculty/Staff in a reputed institution.
Holds Degree qualification in Nursing from the reputed institution.
Determination to contribute for the advancement in nursing.
Possess good name and fame in the community, sincere, responsible, confident, positive attitude towards joining/ assisting with all GINRAF activities.
Curriculum vitae and recent passport size photo and copy of all academic documents are essential to submit.

Benefits of the Fellowship are:

Fellow Members will be given a prestigious certificate regarding the fellowship, essential for one’s academic enhancement.
Privilege to write the title of the fellowship (FGSNR, FGPDNR, FGDNR, FGINRAF) as the suffix to the name
Register any programs conducted by the foundation with a discounted/exempted price.
Fellow Members may be appointed as speakers, keynote speakers, organizing members, chairpersons for the scientific sessions, or judges for poster presentations of International Conferences.
Set up a local/chapter of GINRAF in your country/state and
become chapter President, chapter Secretary.
Fellow Members may be appointed as speakers, keynote speakers, organizing members, chairpersons for the scientific sessions, or judges for poster presentations of International Conferences.
Fellow Members will also be privileged to host the International Conference at their own place/country.
Fellow Members may become a Member of Editorial Board, reviewer of any one of GINRAF International Peer Reviewed Journal.
Fellow Members will be considered for GINRAF International Award.

The fellowship Evaluation Process:

Application will be invited by a notification within a stipulated time.
Applications of the fellowship will be scrutinized and selected in the advisory board’s meetings.
The selected candidate’s list will be announced on the website.

Fellowship Fee:

The foundation has many proposals to carry out for the welfare of the Nursing fraternity, however, it doesn’t have any income source. Therefore, the foundation needs to defray its maintenance and activities costs by collecting Fellowship fees.

Scholarships

The main objective of the scholarships is to empower underprivileged and deprived Nursing students admitted to the course and facing difficulties to complete their education. GINRA Foundation is supporting nursing students to continue their education by providing them scholarships. The scholarship depends upon the requirement and conditions of the student. This scholarship helps the students who are unable to continue their education due to financial crisis, gain basic nursing education and become financially independent adults. The amount and beneficiaries can be increased if sponsors contributed.
